1. Contestants must arrive no later then 60 minutes before start time of the contest. Contestants in the finals must arrive 3 hours before the start of the contest.

2. Thongs are allowed. Some girls have won this contest without a thong.

3. All swim ware must be tastefully worn. This is not a nude contest. The producer of the show has sole discretion if he or she feels the suit exposes to much.

4. There is no flashing. NO EXCEPTIONS.

5. There is no fraternizing with Judges. Anyone caught trying to do this will be expelled. This should not be a problem since Judges are separated however if you find yourself in a situation that you are near a Judge you are to walk in the opposite direction.

6. Scoring is done on a 10 point system. An independent accounting company will to be in charge of the finals.

7. In case of a tie both girls would be declared the winner and share the prizes equally.
